Reiki Hand Positions for "Quick Treatment"

This is a quicker version that still covers the whole body and all the points in the full treatment. (Legs and feet are optional in this version.) This version can be used as a overall sequence for all problems, since you balance all chakras and the overall energy system. Before you start treating say REIKI, and the energy will flow. To activate the REIKI power, just get the Reiki 1 Attunement and a detailed manual. This will set you on the path for Greatness.

	Place hands on shoulders.
	Both hands on top of head
	One hand on forehead and the other at the base of the skull
	One hand at the base of the throat and the other hand at the same level on the back.
	One hand at the base of the throat and the other hand at the same level on the back.
	One hand on the solar plexus. The hand on the back slightly lower
	The hand in the front below the navel and the hand on the back as far down on the seat as you can come.
